چکیده

Abstract During the growing season, a field experiment was conducted in one of fields Um Al-Akf region (about 5 kilometers from heart Al-Muthanna Governorate) at 45.23 longitudes and 31.32 latitudes (2021-2022). Three cultivars were produced for first time governorate, they compared to approved variety Ibaa 99, determine impact spraying micro-Nano fertilizers different stages had on growth characteristics four wheat varieties. For most crucial phase, represented by (Abu Ragheef, Baghdad, Babel, 99), maximum utilization micro-nano components is attained. Stages (tillering stage, booting flowering stage). A split-plot design with randomized complete block (RCBD) three replications used experiment. In primary plot, we grew varieties, while secondary sprayed concentrations micro- nano-element fertilizer times. GenStat compare mean coefficients L.S.D. significance level 0.05. Statistical analysis revealed that Abu Ragheef cultivar best terms plant height (104.10 cm) spike length (16.722 cm), Babylon gave highest leaf area an average 56.32 cm 2 without significantly 55.02 , additionally, characteristic chlorophyll content 49.54 micrograms −3 (22.864 t ha −1 ). (53.41 ), grain output (7.406 biological yield, stage successful nano-micro (22.481

THE RESPONSE OF FOLIAR PROTEINS IN TWO WHEAT (TRITICUM AESTIVUM) CULTIVARS TO SALT STRESS

Effect of various NaCl treatments (0, 50, 100, 200, and 300 mM) at different growth and development stages (tillering, boot swellen, flowering and anthesis) in two wheat cultivars (Ghods: salt – sensitive, Boolani: salt – resistant) on SDS-PAGE electrophoretic pattern of leaf proteins was studied under greenhouse conditions. Generally, in response to salinity treatments, the decrease in protein...

Study of MYB Transcription Factor Gene Expression in Some Bread Wheat Cultivars of Sistan Region, Iran

Drought, an abiotic stress, considered as one of the factors limiting food resources. The plant responses to adaptive to such a condition are accompanied with changes in the expression pattern of some functional as well as regulatory genes. The MYB proteins include a big family of transcription factors which are highly important in regulating development process and immunizing responses of plan...

Vernalisation Response of Some Winter Wheat Cultivars (Triticum aestivum L.)

For 17 cultivars of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) different vernalisation and photoperiod responses were detected. The effect of photoperiod sensitivity was not significantly changed by vernalisation; different vernalisation responses were probably due to the presence of multiple alleles at Vrn loci. The delay in heading depended on the vernalisation deficit exponentially: y = parameter (...

Evaluation of Grain Yield, Agronomical Traits and Drought Tolerance Indices in Some Bread Wheat Cultivars

In order to study genetic variation and effect of drought stress on grain yield, some agronomical traits and 13 drought tolerance indices, an experiment was conducted on nine cultivars at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman research field. The experimental layout was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications under two complementary irrigation and dryland condi...
